There are no restrictions regarding common areas such as the patio and pool. You can enjoy all the amenities of the house during your stay.
Are small children and pets allowed?
Babies and small children are allowed. Pets are permitted, and there is an additional charge of $150 (per pet, not per night).
What is the maximum number of people allowed?
There is no maximum limit of people. Up to 10 guests are included in the regular price per night. For each additional guest beyond 10, there will be an extra charge of $25 per night, per person.
What is the cancellation policy?
- Bookings canceled at least 30 or more days before your Check in date will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled 14-29 days before your check in date will receive a 50% refund.
No refund will be issued 1-13 days before your Check in date.

Smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas of the house, and parties are not allowed unless approved by the host at an extra cost
