Cancelation policy

Bookings canceled at least 30 or more days before your Check in date will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled 14-29 days before your check in date will receive a 50% refund.
No refund will be issued 1-13 days before your
Check in date.

Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk

NOTE: Read thoroughly before signing. This document impacts your legal rights and will bar your right to sue.

Voluntarily sign this Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk (hereinafter “Release of Liability”) in favor of [Host’s name] (hereinafter “Landlord”) in consideration for the opportunity to use the Host’s property located at 6541 Nw 24th st Sunrise FL 33313 ( “the Property”).
In consideration for the Lease Agreement signed by Host and Guest on ( fecha) . Guest hereby waives and releases host, employees, heirs, successors. and assigns from any lability and/or claim for personal Injury, property damage, or death that may occur from guests use of the property, even if the cause of such can be associated in any way with the actions or failures to act of Releasee!
By signing this Release of Lability. Guest accepts total responsibility for an and all injuries or damages of any kind which may result from the use of the Property. It is the Guest’s intention to HOLD HARMLESS the Host for any injury or damage sustained by guest or anyone else, regardless of cause. while using the Property
I, acknowledge that I have carefully read the Release of Liability and understand all of its contents. I understand that by signing the Release of Liability I am waiving any legal rights, including the right to sue the Host for any reason.

Security Deposit

The host can hold the security deposit until the guest have vacated the property and the host has inspected it for damages. The Host can use the security deposit to pay for the guest unpaid or late fees during the term.
The guest shall make to alterations, additions or modifications in the property without Host’s approval.

Damage Claim

The Host can collect the amount of the Damage Claim from you. You agree that the Host may seek to recover from you under any insurance policies you maintain and that the Host may also pursue against you any remedies it may have available under applicable law, including referral of the matter to a collections agency, and/or pursuit of available causes of action and/or claims against you. You agree to cooperate in good faith, provide any information the Host requests, execute documents, and take further reasonable action, in connection with Damage Claims, Member complaints, claims under insurance policies, or other claims related to your provision or use of Host Services.
